She is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist with 14+ years of experience helping people build strength, improve body composition, and create lasting results through coaching that fits real life. Kelly is passionate about helping busy adults find the right path forward — with the structure, support, and accountability they need to keep making progress.
